With Epicurean's made-to-order cutting boards you can simply type in the exact length and width that will work best for you, and have it custom cut for you. On the right hand side of this page you can enter in the size requirements you desire to either build a custom one piece cutting board, or by clicking "puzzle-cut" you can have your custom cutting board cut to puzzle together, then breakdown to fit into your dishwasher for sanitizing.

The innovative Epicurean Commercial Puzzle Prep Cutting Board allows you to "breakdown" your cutting board work area and effectively fit the pieces into the dishwasher. It's easier, more effective, and safer by reducing harsh cleaning chemicals and allowing you to have a truly sanitary kitchen. The Puzzle Prep Cutting Boards are intended for any new or existing prep area. It's simple. Just list your custom measurements on our order form (to the right) and we will fabricate your surface so that it both fits your cutting area and into your dishwasher. Our standard section break-point at 18 in. fits into most standard commercial washers, but we recommend that you measure the opening for your specific washer. When it comes time to replace your food prep surfaces make the upgrade to the Epicurean. Custom sized boards have a $25 custom manufacturing fee added to each board (added in the cart).
